~After college and prior to real estate I was a radio rock & roll DJ and worked at radio stations in Eugene & Portland, Oregon & Seattle, Washington.

~I began my real estate career in 1977.

~I was the owner of a Kirkland, Washington Windermere real estate office in the early to mid 90s.

~I joined Coldwell Banker Bain in 1998 and currently manage the property management, and commercial real estate branch office. We also focus on residential & commercial real estate sales and marketing.

~I served on the board of directors for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service in the early 90s. I was the chairman of the board in 1992.

~I was the chairman of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service statewide Washington real estate legal forms committee. I was involved with the forms committee for over 20 years.

~I served on the task force that drafted the basics of Form 17, the seller disclosure law in Washington State, RCW 64.06 and the task force appointed by the state legislature that worked in 2004 and 2005 considering revisions to the Real Estate licensing law, RCW 18.85.

~I have acted in the capacity of expert witness in real estate matters, mostly involving standards of practice and agency/representation issues.

~I have taught various classes for Coldwell Banker Bain, Windermere Real Estate and the Seattle Master Builders' Association.

~I create real estate marketing videos complete with voice-overs and other graphical visuals, including logo design.

~I grow roses and am happily married to Cindy; my wife, my partner and best friend.
